SHIPPING COSTS

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: If the order does not exceed the amount of €70, you must pay the shipping costs, the amount of which is 5,50 €. Shipping costs will be free for orders over €70. Approximate delivery time 24/48 hours (Balearic Islands 48/72 hours).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: We do not accept orders destined for these areas.

REFUNDS

SEND CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • As soon as we receive payment for your order, we prepare it so that it can leave our warehouse as soon as possible. Our wrappers do not indicate their content. This process can take up to 24 hours. We usually have it ready the same day or the next day (working days).
  • The package will be delivered to the address indicated by the client. In the event of not being present, the logistics operator will leave a note for the client to indicate when they want the delivery to be made.
  • HispaCBD normally sends orders by GLS express courier services, which guarantee approximate delivery in 24-48 business hours, as long as we have the product in stock. In the event that HispaCBD cannot find the requested product, for example because it is discontinued, we will contact you and offer you a similar product or a refund of the amount you had paid.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first business day after it.
  • Orders will not be served at PO Boxes.
  • You can indicate that the order is for office pickup by indicating it in the “comments” field when placing the order.

RETURNS

At HispaCBD we want to offer you the best possible shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Once the return has been agreed, you must send us the item within another 14 calendar days. All items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened and in good condition. If the items are damaged or opened, they cannot be returned. Perishable products such as flowers or resins cannot be returned.

How to return a product?

Contact our Customer Service team by email at info@hispacbd.com, indicating name and surname, order number and date, product to be returned and reason for return. Once the return of the product has been agreed, we will proceed to refund it once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunding

The refund of the amount will be made in the form of store credit or through the initial payment method. If the refund is not possible through the initial means of payment, a bank transfer will be made to the account indicated by the client.

What to do in case of defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos and immediately contact our Customer Service to request a replacement. Once the replacement has been agreed, ensure that the product is well packaged and send it to the return address indicated above.

Who assumes the cost of transport for the return?

We will bear the return shipping costs, as long as the products have a defect, do not match the description of the item on the website or have been damaged during transportation or handling by us. You can return any product with which you are not satisfied within 14 calendar days even if it does not have any defect or damage, but in this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
